Privacy Policy
Effective June 25, 2026
This Policy explains how Belfry handles personal data. We act as a processor for the member data our customers upload, and as a controller for the limited data we collect about prospects and account administrators.
1. Data we collect
From prospects: the details you submit through our demo and contact forms — name, email, organization, member count, and any message — used solely to respond and follow up.
From customers: account and billing details for staff administrators, and the member data you upload to operate your chamber (which you control).
Automatically: standard log and analytics data to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use data
To provide, secure, and improve the service; to respond to inquiries; to process payments through Stripe; and to send service communications. We do not sell personal data, and we do not aggregate member data across organizations.
3. Member data (processor role)
Member data you upload remains yours. We process it on your instructions to deliver the service, and we make it exportable at any time. We will assist with data-subject requests (export and deletion) you are obligated to fulfill.
4. Sharing
We share data only with subprocessors necessary to run the service (for example, hosting, payments via Stripe, and email/SMS delivery), each bound by appropriate obligations, and where required by law.
5. Security and retention
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict tenant isolation, and an append-only audit log, as described on our security page. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@sodaria.com to exercise them.
7. Contact
Questions about this Policy or your data can be sent to support@sodaria.com.
